These terms govern your use of firstsplash.ai (the "Site"), operated by FirstSplash, a service of Sparkle Technologies LLC. By using the Site, you accept these terms.

The Site is informational

Content on the Site — including pricing examples, business math, and articles in The Deep End — is provided for general information. It isn't legal, financial, or professional advice, and results described are not a guarantee of your results. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative; actual pricing is confirmed when we quote your area.

Our services are governed by a separate agreement

Using the Site, or submitting the consultation form, does not create a subscription or service relationship. If you become a FirstSplash customer, the services themselves are governed by the service agreement provided at signup, which controls over these terms for those services.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us or submitting forms.

Our content

The Site's content, design, and the FirstSplash name and wordmark belong to Sparkle Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may view, share, and quote the Site's content with attribution; don't republish it wholesale or use our branding without permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkle Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
