FirstSplash ("we," "us") is a service of Sparkle Technologies LLC. This policy describes how we handle information collected through firstsplash.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our consultation form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, company address, service area, and website (if provided). We also keep the contents of emails and calls when you contact us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to serve and protect the Site, and may set cookies strictly necessary for security and performance. The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels; if that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry — including researching new-pool activity in your area and contacting you back.
- To provide and improve the Site and our services.
- To send information you've requested. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To comply with law and protect our rights and the security of the Site.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Service providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights

Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

The Site links to other websites (for example, our parent company). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted prominently on the Site.
